Every Tornella order is covered by our 60-Day Actually-Read-It Guarantee: read the first two chapters, and if the book doesn’t earn its place on your shelf, you get your money back. Simple.
How It Works
Give the book an honest start, the first two chapters is all we ask. If it isn’t right for you, email support@tornella.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a sentence on why. We will confirm your refund by email and process it to your original payment method within 5 business days. You keep the book; no return shipping, no forms.
What’s Covered
- Any order, for any reason, within 60 days of delivery, even written in.
- Items damaged in transit (photo required, free replacement or refund).
- Orders lost by the carrier.
What’s Not Covered
- Requests made more than 60 days after delivery.
- Orders placed through retailers other than tornella.com.
Why We Ask You to Read First
The first two chapters are where the book makes its case. One honest sentence about why it wasn’t right also helps us choose our next release. It is never used to refuse a refund.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank, the money can take a further 3–5 business days to appear.
